Orders and Shipping FAQ
- Click on My Account near the top right.
- Fill out the fields in the Register section and then click on the Register button.
- Click on the confirmation link in the email that you receive.
- You will automatically be logged in the first time.
- Select the product you wish to order
- Add item to cart
- View/validate item(s) in cart
- Click Checkout
- Proceed with the payment of the order by Credit Card or Paypal
- Once paid we will prepare and ship your order.
- A confirmation email is sent containing your order details.
- Once the order status is changed from ‘Processing’ to ‘Completed’, an email will be sent confirming the shipper/tracking information.
No, shipping costs are exempt from VAT. VAT, if applicable, will be included in the order.
Products sold on ShopOMEE.com are shipped from various warehouses in the USA, Canada, and Italy.
Shipping/delivery time is 5-15 working days.
Shipping costs are always paid by the buyer.
Shipping fees vary based on location and weight and they will always be presented in the checkout. You can see our shipping rates by visiting our Shipping Fees page.
ShopOMEE does not allow this. But on an out-of-stock product’s page, you can enter your email address and you will be immediately notified when the product is restocked.
Returns and Refunds FAQ
- ShopOMEE does not exchange goods; A return request is required, and a replacement order.
- Returns must be requested within 20 days from receipt of the order.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns such as wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.
- You could be charged up to 50% of the item’s cost for restocking fee if product is used, damaged; or full price for entirely different item returned.
- Damages must be described in detail and photos attached demonstrating extent of damage.
Return product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in), remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

If the product received is incorrect or faulty, submit a return request from the My Account area in your ShopOMEE profile and include photos of the product attached.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns.
A return label is provided for all approved returns to be mailed to our logistics center.
