Return Policy

SHOPOMEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME.

20 day Return Window, No Exchanges!

  • ShopOMEE does not exchange goods; A return request is required, and a replacement order.
  • Returns must be requested within 20 days from receipt of the order.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns such as wrong item, wrong size, wrong color.
  • You could be charged up to 50% of the item’s cost for restocking fee if product is used, damaged; or full price for entirely different item returned.
  • Damages must be described in detail and photos attached demonstrating extent of damage.

To start the return process, it is necessary to follow these instructions:

  1. Access your Profile, in the ‘My Account’ section on ShopOMEE.com
  2. Under My account Click “Orders” to view all your orders with shopomee.com
  3. Click ‘Request Return’ 
  4. Provide reason for return request including attached photo showing damages
  5. Click Submit Request
  • An e-mail with instructions will arrive within 24 hours (please check the Spam or Promotions boxes)
  • Return the product within 15 days of receiving the e-mail. 
  • Refund is issued to the original form of payment within a maximum of 10 working days of receipt of the product and is visible in your ShopOMEE My Account page.
  • ShopOMEE reserves the right to decline returns and not to refund in the following cases but not limited to: 
    • The product is not returned within the time frame set above.
    • The product is damaged, not in the same condition when received, used, washed, worn or the original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag, cosmetic cases etc.) is missing, damaged, seal broken, and/or original tags and/or UPC numbers are missing and/or any evidence of tampering. 
    • ShopOMEE reserves the right to close shopomee.com accounts and shopomee.ca accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities.

The following items cannot be returned and refunded: Hygiene related products and/or including but not limited to undergarments (brasseries, panties, boxers, briefs, yoga pants, leggings, pantyhose, stockings etc..) lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry (earrings, nose rings, navel rings, tongue rings etc..), cosmetic items, and other items of a hygienic nature.
